We understand the challenge you may face when preparing to outsource important contract work. At Kemp Proteins, we try to assist our clients, prospective clients or those we partner with to move important projects forward without a maelstrom of paperwork. We do our best to smooth the process of transferring your important ideas and specifications through Project Management into our ISO compliant process and subsequently deliver results and materials in a timely manner.

Confidentiality of ideas and data is an issue for all companies and as such we are happy to address this by reviewing a client’s “Boiler Plate” Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDAs). Alternatively, we can provide you our standard CDA for review. Once through the initial stages, many of our clients choose to establish Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to set the baseline for all subsequent projects as they move forward in partnership with Kemp Proteins. For review of CDAs and MSAs please feel free to contact us at legal@kempproteins.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day to start on the agreements.

Please know, we don’t need to have an agreement in place to provide you a detailed quote and/or statement of work. Please fill out our quote request form and a key account manager will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your project.
