The Kemp Proteins team has more than two decades of experience and technical expertise with transient and stable expression of recombinant proteins in a variety of mammalian host cells. We have successfully delivered a range of customer-defined proteins, including hundreds of difficult-to-express, novel proteins (never previously expressed) that have required our scientists to “think outside the box.” This breadth of experience in mammalian expression makes our team the choice in the industry for expressing your protein.

We offer a complete gene-to-protein process using our proprietary formulation of PEI that allows us to offer exceptional expression results at a reasonable cost. In addition, we offer “a la carte” mammalian protein expression services, including test expression, production, purification, and characterization of recombinant mammalian clones as well as process development and scale-up for protein expression.

Our production service includes serum-free, multi-liter-scale that provides post-purification products with low endotoxin levels suitable for animal studies.

We are flexible in our approach to working with you, we provide bi-weekly updates, and at the end of every project, we can provide comprehensive documentation to assist with transfer to GMP production.
